Another design verification is added to an extensive library of ELSTEEL certificates.

The ELSTEEL 6300A Techno Module has passed design verification test as per IEC 61439-2 with Emax 2 series circuit breakers from ABB. These tests were conducted in DEKRA test labs in the Netherlands.

Important Specifications & Ratings:

- Compartment Dimensions (W×H×D):

• 1600A 400×600×400 mm
• 2500A 600×600×400 mm
• 4000A 600×600×400 mm (double stack)
• 6300A 1200×600×400 mm

- Temperature rise tests were done at 35°C and 50°C

- Main busbar short-circuit ratings:

• Icw=100 kA/1s

- Main protective earth conductor:

• Icw=60 kA/1s with 2×10×40 mm2 copper

- All breakers were successfully tested at 415V and 690V

- New design of Movable Plinth achieved maximum weight of transport section of 2300 kg! New design is applicable for fork lift and lifting trolley.
